| Kim McKean is currently pursuing her MFA in Acting from the University of California- Irvine. On screen she has guest-starred on HBO’s True Blood, ABC’s Private Practice, and Spike TV’s 1000 Ways to Die. Kim made her Cannes Film Festival debut in May 2009 starring as Kitty in the sci-fi thriller Pretty Twisted and also starring as Velvet Simmons in the western, The Prospector. She performed in half a dozen shows at the Trap before traveling to Romania with The Crazy Locomotive in 2007. Favorite roles include Dora in The Swan, Desiree in People Annihilation (After Dark Award for Best Production) and Karin in The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant (After Dark Award for Best Ensemble). Kim resides in Los Angeles and enjoys traveling, running, and practicing yoga. |
